Therapeutic Massage

A customized session tailored to what your body needs that day - whether you’re managing chronic tension, recovering from injury, or simply needing to reset. Treatment may include techniques from Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger point therapy, and CranioSacral Therapy, blending supportive pressure, focused release, and nervous system regulation. Each session is intentional, responsive, and focused on creating the conditions for your body to rebalance and heal.
